Yeah, I can't remember if we went to JCPenney or SEars but I took my brothers to one of those to take portraits for my mom for Christmas a few years ago, it really wasn't that expensive. And if you can go int he evening during the week it's less busy. The girl was only supposed to take a certain amount of photos for us to cvhose from, but I didn't like any of them, so she let us take more since she wasn't busy.
My mom took me to sears or whatever store had the best deal at the time for portraits every year (she thought the school overcharged for them lol). They aren't interesting like an engagement session, where you would get all sorts of different candid like pics, just formal portraits like you see in a yearbook. If that's what you want, check our sears! If you want something different try craigslist or any colleges around you that have a photography department. You could get a student for quite cheap and he will just give you the files and you would have them printed yourself. You could probably even show the photographer examples of what you like (since they would be quite inexperienced).

try to post on craigslist that you are looking for a student photographer to take some pics of you guys. offer them what ever you want, see if you get any hits.
you can also go to like target or JCpenny or something like that
my mom used to take me to sears when i was younger for family portraits. why don't you see if your photographer will include an e-shoot for free before you pay for someone else to take them? you might be able to get a deal!

they are located in the Roosevelt Fields Mall near Bloomingdales on the 1st floor. Their prices are pretty good..depending on what. Basic pictures won't break your pockets. Tell them Tiffany recommended you!!![]()
