I'm not a CHCC bride, but my sister and cousin were. I just want to say you made a good choice. it's a really nice place. For anyone who looked, those photos don't do the place justice, the emerald roomis very pretty. Just be careful about the tiering. Try not to put any elderly or disabled people up the steps. Are you having the viennese? My cousin used the emerald room and her viennese was in a separate part of the room and this wall opened up and there it was. That was really cool!

your right- the pics arent so great- they we in the middle of cleaning up from another event and i begged to see the room again. Some of the brides that booked before the renevation was done were begging for any kind of pics. Thanks for the advice about the tier. that is one of the things I liked about the room- that it is not the traditional basic long room with the floor in the middle- ya know.
BTW- I loved the NRC! but it was too small for my wedding I am equally happy with my choice. Brides need to stop doubting themselves and taking things others say too far.

NRC is a LOT bigger than the emerald room!

actually the emerald room fits up to around 350 ppl after the renevation. the NRC was kind of tight at 220 when I was at an affair there.
