Dumb a$$ question.... what makes it a ball room as opposed to a reception hall? Is it not the same thing? (or just a sprucey way to say I'm getting married in a ball room)?

It's not a dumb question at all!

The 'reception hall' is the whole place (i.e. Jericho Terrace) and it includes the lobby, stairs, picture areas, cocktail hour room/area, etc. The 'ballroom' is the room where the event will take place (i.e. Oak Room) and your party/reception/dinner and dancing will occur in there. HTH!

Ok, but I still feel kinda dopey that I couldn't figure that one out on my own. Too much meds for the day. ugh. I hate being sick! Thank goodness I am on the way to happy health.

This is the ballroom undecorated. It is brand new so there arent functions to post pictures.

Its not the best pic, but this is the ballroom at Giorgios. Jola has some better ones if you want to look under her name
