So FH helped me resize these pics (they were HUGE) and here they are. Here are the invitations with ribbons tied by my mom (thanks Mom!) and the envelopes with the faux wax seals that FH and I made ourselves (love you Kris! )

Re: Pics of my assembled invites and envelopes
The invitation looks like this (taken from Checkerboard website) I will resize the pic tonight and repost it
Okay, that looks bad. I need to just resize the original at home

Re: Pics of my assembled invites and envelopes
Sorry, it probably appeared to be a shameless bump, but what happened was that I tried to post a larger picture with more detail and it was too big and I got frustrated and then just signed off without editing my post to explain
I didn't make the invitations, but I bought the ribbon and my mom tied the bows (FH measured and cut all of the ribbon )
FH and I made the faux wax seals with a hot glue gun, faux wax (colored hot glue sticks) and a fleur di lys stamp.
The invitation is Victorian Elegance by Checkerboard.

Re: Pics of my assembled invites and envelopes
that is an AWESOME IDEA! Do they sell these colored glue sticks separately, or in a wax seal kit?
The invites are GORGEOUS!

Re: Pics of my assembled invites and envelopes
I got the ribbon idea from the Anna Griffin ads with the wide ribbon tied around the gatefold.
I was really not hard at all, just time consuming to tie the bows (thanks MOM!)
