Thanks I did use green card stock (bought it at staples and cut it down to size using a paper cutter). What I did, to not have all the work done at the same time, until the menu was finalized I cut the green card stock and glued the ribbon to it so that part was already done.
Once the menu was finalized I printed it on white glossy paper and glued it to the green cardstock. I then glued on the crystal (this was the hardest part). I'm just gald they are now all done.
