really pretty! i work in a hospital as well and there's no restriction but i choose not too. I'd be too worried about germs getting into the crevices. Plus with all the glove changing, i'm scared it'll fall off. One girls actual stone popped off the setting! so yeah, i'm going to choose not to wear mine
