Pics/Review - FBIL/FSIL's wedding at Jericho Terrace!
Hey girls (esp. our 2011 JT brides) -
As promised I have posted pictures from the wedding at Jericho Terrace (skylight room) from 5.14.10. I made an album on here with just the details photos that I know us girls planning our weddings love to see to get inspired but I am also posting a link to the FB albums which have all of the pictures I was able to take that day.
Here is the link to the details album:

I did write a mini review before about JT, but I will just say some stuff here again as well.
JT brides have absolutely nothing to worry about. The service was over the top! Everytime you might need a waiter for anything, there was one right there waiting to help. Anyone who was not at the table had their food covered to keep it hot until they came back to the table. We never had to wait long for a drink (both at the bars themselves and with table service). You had TONS of entree choices to choose from so there is something for everyone (even the kiddies). Food was soooo good! I still can't get over the chocolate covered ice cream cannoli's they served with the cake (I seriously would have eaten everyone's if I could!). Everything (as far as I saw) ran very smoothly, bridal attendant was very sweet and attentive to the bride and groom all night as well as helpful to the whole BP. Room set up was perfect. No one was cramped and there was a lot of room to dance.
Bride was gorgeous, of course, in her Enzoani gown. She totally rocked it and he *** looked amazing in the pic I posted in the LIW album of the back of her dress and I told her so when I was taking it LOL. Our dresses were very nice and comfortable - Jasmine B2 chiffon. Definitely something that can be worn again. FG dresses were so adorable and I believe purchased at Century 21 or it coud have been Burlington. The boys got their tuxes from MW (although I think they ran into problems with them, but in the end everything was fine).
Partybooth was a hit with everyone and the pictures were hysterical! They are going to use the pictures they received on a disc to put in their Guestbook. For any girls looking to do a photobooth at JT, there is a perfect spot out of the way in the back of the skylight room to station it that it's not in the way of anything else.
DJ was very good (Body Rock) - I believe they are a house vendor. Had a great mix of songs for everyone (even the Irish crowd).
Jay's team from Duet (also our photographer) was amazing! He was very nice to work with and he looked like he got some really great shots. The boys said that the 2nd photog that went to the groom's house was awesome to work with as well. I loved also that he took the time at the end of the night to come up to FH and I to talk with us real quick and he said he looks forward to shooting this crowd again at our wedding (I thought that was very nice of him).
Cake (Dortonis) was delicious. It was yellow cake with chocolate ganache and raspberry mousse filling.
Her makeup was done by Sandra Baldani who did an amazing job and really came through for her at the last minute! Highly recommend her.
Hair was done at her local salon, Cletic Hair Design, who also did my hair as well. They are located on Grand Avenue in Maspeth, so if any Queens girls are looking for a place for hair, I recommend them as well and their prices were great. My updo only cost me $45 which is a great price and the girls there were very sweet. I actually think I am going to start going there for regular haircuts I liked them that much.
Also, I know there is more than one event that goes on at JT at a time and I know some brides may be worried about that or hesitant to book because of that reason. Don't be! Trust me, you could not hear a thing go on at a another event once you were inside the room. The only time you run into other people is when you go out in the lobby which is honestly no big deal at all. Also, the bridal suite we had was nice an spacious, had it's own bathroom, and as a code to lock your stuff in that only the BP knows so you can trust leaving your things in there during the night.
Also, lots of different places to take pictures there both inside and out!
I think I covered everything I could think of LOL.
