Picture in profile

I cant seem to do it.
What am I doing wrong?

ask someone w/ photoshop to crop it for you
thats what I did then it will take it
If its too big it wont take

if you have aol - they have a program called picture finder that can help crop, if that is the problem
or you can use the resizer up top.
but i was having probs this morning too... i had one pic in and it took, but when i went to change it, it defaulted back to the old pic. i waited a while, logged back out a few times, and it finally worked. make sure you click update acct each time you try to enter it.

aww - thank u. i thought mine didnt work, but then it suddenly did. weird! i dont know how it happened. in some time, it suddenly was showing the new one.

Are you talking about the avatar - the pic under everyone's name, next to each post? B/c that's not the same thing as the pic in the profile - where you click on the person's name and a box pops up. Once you said you liked Lauren's pic in her profile, I clicked on it...there's no pic in there - you must mean the avatar.
