I've seen that before - its so cute! When I was preggo you could definetly see things bulging - but not as defined as a little footprint like that - I use to love touching my belly where the bulge was and it would go back 'in'. Ahhhh - I miss those days!

Like a lot of pictures on the net, that's not real. The sac where the baby is held can't be that thin.
ETA: However, it IS cute & scary at the same time.. lol.
