CVS but it could get expensive. I would try a place like comata camera or It might just be cheaper to buy a printer scanner. they are inexpenisve.

If you are going to do the album online.. i just did one through Theblurb.com its really easy to use. I should get it next week sometime.

NTW - that is a really nice idea for a gift!

oh ok !!! haha.. maybe a firends computer then you can save them on a CD. i think going to a place to do it might cost you a lot of $ just to scan.

Oh good.. my publisher is the same as the blurb they both use Booksmart to create the album ( i just looked at it)

i would just compare prices - not sure if they are the same

I know i did about 30 something pages, hardcover and with 2nd day air it was only $38 at the blurb.

I agree you can get a scanner/printer for a great price these days and it might end up being cheaper then scanning. How many do you have?

i scanned about 40 or so pics last year to make a scrapbook for my parents anniversary at walgreens. i think it cost around $30-40+. not the worst, but i don't know if that's more than you wanted to spend.
