Pictures and Permits

Hey ladies,
Well just like everything else, we are behind on engagement photos. We wanted to have a nice spring, sunny day...possibly on the beach. We live in Holbrook/Bellport. Does anyone know where we can take pictures that we dont need to get a permit? And if we do, how do we go about getting one? I was thinking Smithpoint beach??? But I dont really know of any other beaches around....I dont get out much TIA!!

I think that as long as it is a public place and you are not going during a 'Peak' time (like at the beach after Memorial Day) that you should be ok.

Pick the place and call and find out though just to be sure!
