does anyone know if it's allowed and/or if there's a special permit? we're taking e-pics in central park, and i thought it would be great as a second location for an english teacher and a book nerd

I believe you have to call the library... i think there is a permit...... if we took our pics in NYC we wanted to do it.. because we met at a library... but the library we met at.. KINDA UGLY LOL LOL LOL

I know normally you can't use a flash...there are signs all over that say that. But I would give them a call or check on their website and see if there is some type of permit or exception.

i figured flash would be an issue. i have to email mariann to check, but i imagine with a sophisticated lens like that, she may be able to do without it. flash washes everything out anyway.

My gf took pics there a couple years ago for her e pics. So they must allow it. I would give them a call and talk to someone just in case. What a cute idea!
