Does OWG let you take pics inside if it rains? or do you just loose your day?

Yes, you can take pictures inside the mansion.

you are right! the forecast shows like 5 days of continuous rain surrounding our wedding day....
That just doesn't happen!

OWG has three locations inside to take pix if it rains-the porch, the staircase & the ballroom which has a piano & a fireplace. They also give you the option of cancelling that AM, if I remember correctly from our paperwork.

Old Westbury Gardens located in Garden City- You can rent out the grounds and take wedding pics & even hold a ceremony there..
it's so pretty there. check out the website

People usually rent out other locations for pics if their RH doesn't have enough grounds for them.
That's the case with my RH- not alot of picture taking opportunities.

Date Twin I'm taking pics there too!!! What time are you gonna be there??
And if it rains, WHICH IT WON'T, you can take photos inside. And the inside is really beautiful from what I can tell.

I have heard of so many brides who have went to take pics at OWG... and their picures are sooo beautiful! I know this is off topic but I was wondering, I remember someone saying that you have to pay to use them... how much does it cost and how far in advance do you need to book your date usually? tia!

my friend just booked at owg for next year and she told me it is 500 for 1 hour to take pictures.
