ok now that i ordered my dress & veil AND placed a 50% deposit.. .. can i go back & try on the sample (even though its really tight) and take some pics?? or do i have to wait until my 1st fitting?
Hope this doesn't sound too strange
just want some pictures to bring to hair trials & Jewelry shopping..

As long as you bought the dress, places usually allow you to take pictures.

I guess it depends on the place.. it doesnt hurt to ask. The woman at Lilletes in Baldwin told me as soon as I put the deposit down i will be able to take a picture of it on me

When the lady helping me walked away to get a veil, I pulled out my camera phone and took a quick pic. Try and distract your lady or something!!!

I was able to do this last weekend - we bought the bridesmaid dresses from the same place so I just went over to the bride section and tried my dress on for my girls.
They loved it. Or at least they said they did!

yah i wish i had taken better pics when i ordered the dress...i have to go back for final measurements in sept so i have a good excuse to try it on again then.

I took pictures the day I bought the gown. I even went back a couple to days later to show my sister my dress and she took even more pictures. They dont mind as long as you tell them you already bought the dress.
