Ok ladies. Pics before the ceremony or during CH? What are you thinking about?
I definitely want to enjoy CH, so I want pics before the ceremony..

This really depends on how traditional you are bout seeingyour man before the ceremony/walk down the aisle. I would like this to b the 1st time we c eachother so pics b4 r not an option... u can take pics in btwn just have to leav enough time to do so

I'm definately doing pics after our ceremony, I don't want him seeing me before the wedding. We will miss our CH but thats ok as long as they bring me food! lol

We are not having our ceremony at the reception location, so even though I think I would be alright with him seeing me before the ceremony, there are no good places for photos until we get to the reception (Giorgios).
If you do your photos after, make sure your photographer knows the layout and the exact shots you want, and hopefully you can breeze through them and still make the CH.

we're doing our pics inbetween chruch and cocktail hour. we have about 2 hours in between.

I would not want to miss CH so I would choose during the ceremony while everybody heads to your RH. But all the weddings I have attended bride n groom take pictures during CH and make a grand entrance at the reception ...just your preferance

Yeah we are doing our pictures after the church and before we head over to the country club... I want the first time he sees me to be when they pull back the two doors to the church.... oooh chills just thinking about it :)

It's hard girls...I'm so torn! I really want to enjoy the guests and CH, but like you all said, the grand entrance is a dream I don't want to miss out on either! I was at a wedding last year where the BP were taking pics during CH and it rolled into the reception. They missed so much of their party! I'm afraid of that..

My ceremony is at my RH and there is no way I'm missing my cocktail hour! I am definitely going to take pictures before and have the photographer capture the reveal to FH rather then at the ceremony.
