PICTURES Port Jeff Country Club - Lombardi's on the Sound

As some of you know I had to switch my hall with 25 days to go til my wedding. FH and I went to PJCC on Saturday and signed contract with them. I cannot say enough good things about the banquet manager Charles and the wedding planner Maria. They were the best! My only regret is that I didn't book with THEM in the first place! But anyway, I was able to get a few pictures of the hall - it was being set up for a wedding so excuse the boxes in some of the photos, but since they don't have a website yet I wanted to share some pics.

I read your earlier threads. So glad everything worked out for you. These pictures are great. I'm sure you'll have a perfect day. And just remember, things happen for a reason. Maybe you were destined to have this place. HAHA!

yes we are getting a better deal than the regular price for a Saturday night because we booked 25 days before the wedding, so we got lucky. Its a little more than the other hall but it's doable. :)

Gorgeous place! How are you notifying your guests if you sent out invites already? I'm sorry but I didn't read about your previous hall drama, so I'm a little out of the loop

Actually we've started making phone calls and sending emails to everyone to let them know there is a change of venue... But then I went out and bought stationary and printed out new invites that show the new location (PJCC) and put a direction card in with them. I just mailed them out today. We will probably call everyone at the end of the week and confirm they all got the message. It's going to be a little bit of a pain but I'll assign the job to FH! I also told him maybe we should hire a guy in a clown suit to stand in front of the other hall and tell people they are at the wrong place

Thank you Deb. I'm really upset about what happened at the first hall because we loved it. It was very disappointing But things happen for a reason and I'm just glad we were able to get another hall with such short notice!
