FH thinks i am crazy because he says a bride shouldn't have this in pics blah blah blah but my sister just got hers and i told him she will be in pics.....
so do you girls think i am crazy for doing this a year before my wedding?

im not a big fan on piercings in general anymore, so i would say no, but its totally up to you either way i dont think itll ruin your pics or anything like that lol you prob can barely see it

i dont think it will even stand out too much if you get something small--i *think* futuremulligan had one and you can really barely tell in most of her pics

i've always had piercings, i have my septum still and my tongue, i'll probably have both for the wedding but wear my septum up so its not really seen. i say go for it, worst case you dont like how it looks you take it out.

I have my nose pierced and I will have it in for the wedding. It's tiny and it looks cute, not weird or anything. Just tell them you want it small and you'll be fine!
Be warned, it hurts like crazy. Atleast in my experience.

I had mine pierced years ago..it did not hurt..it was a pinch but it depends on how high you threshold for pain is.
Also, if you get a really small one it may not even show up in your wedding pics

I had mine pierced in college and didnt think it hurt much. it was a pain after the piercing b/c it would get caught on things...like the towel when I'd go to dry my face...but overall i didnt think it was super painful...and i have a very low tolerance for pain.
and the good thing...if/when you decide to take it out..you shouldnt be able to see a hole. I cant see mine anymore!

I had mine pierced. I LOVED IT! Then I had to have knee surgery a few years ago and I had to take it out and by the time I was sent home that same evening I couldn't get it back in. They close up very quickly. So if you decide to do it, and are thinking you will just take it out for your wedding day it will probably close.
Other than that my other advice is get it pierced on the left then it won't show in pics at the ceremony since traditionally the bride is on the left all your profle pics will be of your right side...
Oh and yeaaaa it hurts.... it's quick though.

i also had mine pierced, it's super cute but it hurt like a 'wow' and it like makes u shed a tear since your nose is sensitive. it also really does close fast, mine was tiny and fell out after a drunken night..when i woke up it was closed already, i was so mad. but i think if you go through with it, it'll look really cute in pics, i'm also partial because i love tattoos/piercings

my friend has one and its small and i think it looks great. as long as its not some big obnoxious looking think then i think it looks pretty and dainty. i say go for it, i dont think it will be as noticeable as your fh thinks
