There are classes all over. I am in Suffolk and used to go to a studio in Huntington. It was a really good place. There is a new place in Smithtown that has classes. I only went once, but plan to go again. Be careful you find a fully trained studio. There are places that have people getting certified in a few hours that teach and they don't know what the heck they are doing. Make sure that the instructors have the original pilates certification which means that they went over for a few hundred hours of training.

There is also a studio out in Sayville. I am a certified Pilates instructor. Make sure the teachers are certified on all apparatus and their coursework included anatomy! Very important because those weekend certifications are crap! There are also some gym chains that do Pilates. I highly recommend machine pilates for toning.
