Argh. Ok, so I'm working with a personal trainer to build core strength because I have a miserable back. We started pilates yesterday and I'm not sore!!!!!!
I should be, right? She said I was doing everything right, but this ALWAYS happens to me with pilates, I don't FEEL anything.
Anyone? Any pilates fans? Any suggestions?

Re: Pilates???
Hmm...I've never done pilates before, but maybe you should try intermediate or expert level of pilate? If that even exists lol

Re: Pilates???
I love pilates - keep going, it gets harder and then you'll totally be sore from it. I know what you mean - I always freak out if I'm not in pain the next AM too!

I think it takes a few workouts before you start feeling it.
Who are you working with? I have bad posture and want to get it fixed but doing Pilates on my own was not working out that well.

The first time I did it I wasn't too sore the next day. The more you do it I'm sure your body will get into it more and you'll feel the burn!
