I take Pilates classes in Massapequa, we have 5-6 people in a class and I love it. I have been in it since January. FM me and I can give you more info, I'm not sure of the availability.
nope - but i bought the Rapid Results Pilates video (10minute segmants of each trouble zone, so u can pick & choose which ones to do) got it right in super stop & shop..... i did it about 5 days a week every morning, and it got me in SUCH great shape for our honeymoon!
