I SAW A DVD CALLED 'PILATES FOR DUMMIES' YESTERDAY IN A STORE CALLED 'THE ZONE'. I'M ASSUMING IT MUST BE PRETTY BASIC.

Re: Pilates tapes anyone?
I love the Windsor Pilates. It is a bit hard at first but that is why I liked it because after two weeks I saw myself doing it with no problem.
