Wow, I'm sorry that you had such a bad experience. I've been going to Pilo Arts for about 10 years now and never encountered such craziness. Maybe you should call and complain to Pilo directly?

WOW, what's her name? I used them for my sister's wedding and plan on using them for mine also specifically for the hair b/c I LOVE the lady who does my hair. But I will make sure if that is the same lady who was going crazy on you for the makeup, I won't use her. Good luck!!
