so i get home and find a large envelope from my buildings management dept. Theyre raising our rent $56. F**********ck that!
We're in a middle of a recession and you want to raise my rent after 1 year when im probably the only one in the building thats not a total @sshole?!!? And i pay my rent on time!!?

So i immediately go to craigslist and find an apartment in my building...exactly like mine except the one listed has all new cabinets and appliances and its $100 less than my rent now!!!!....making it $156 less than what they WANT me to pay!

Are you F'ing kidding me man???? I'm about to kill.

how much nerve can people have??? its supposed to work the other way around! you rip off the people coming innnnn. They should be paying more than me. ughhhhh
i need to calm down. i already have a laundry list of things i have to say to them. im going to go to work and print out the ad tomorrow and then head to the office. the landlord is nearly impossible to reach so im just going to barge right into his office. worst case scenario we move. But i hate moving.
