I just called Helens Bridal and just found out my bm dresses have not been ordered. Either my junior BM messed up or the store did, either way my dresses aren’t ordered. Back in July I went with all my bm’s to pick out dresses they all left deposits, but my junior bm parents decided not to bring her that day. They got here measured elsewhere and told me they were going to call and leave a deposit because Helens wanted to go over her measurements. I finally received word they ordered the dress. I have been so busy and finally contacted Helens to see if everything was set, they said they have no record of her deposit. So either one of the workers didn’t process it or they didn’t leave a deposit. Whatever it is, it is just stress I don’t need. Sorry I just need to vent.

Oh no! That really stinks but I'm sure you still have enough time to get it ordered and shipped to the store.

They wanted to wait to order all of them, but if I don't hear something back tonight from Junior BM, I am having Helens order the rest of them.

Yikes! I think you have enough time to order her dress though.... but I would deff want to know who was at fault. I hope its not the Bridal shop!

Thats a royal pain, but you should have enough time to get all the dresses ordered and get it straightened out. Let's hope it was the fault of the JBM and not incompetence on the part of the bridal shop, either way it will work out.

Thanks Ladies, I feel better now. I was at work stress already and that put me over the top. I found out it was my Jr BM's parents fault. They told me they order it and put the deposit which I found out they didn't. So Helens was not at fault and was really great when I spoke with them and even offered to call her parents.All the dresses will be order tomorrow with or without the jr bridesmaid. I spoke with her parents and they said they would do it but now its out of my hands. Thanks for the engouraging words. I love this site.
