So after waiting literally 2-3 weeks for my proof what do I get? A f**king emailed PDF file? It took 3 weeks for an email????????????
Um where is my actual invite?! Is this how things are done? Am I bugging? When I did my STD's my first proof was a physical proof and the 2nd was a PDF file...
How can I accurately access or approve something on paper?

How did your proofs come back? Any other Encore Brides out there? For the money I am spending I want a F**king ACTUAL invite!

Mine was a pdf too, but then they took my changes and then made a mock up and I went to see the actual mock up in person, but I had to drive to them. But I used Fat Cat.

I got a physical invite....it wasn't printed in the font color but I got to actually hold it and see it....and it came in like 4 days

I got a PDF file. Honestly, I don't really see what the big deal is. It's exactly what your invite is going to look like. You shouldn't be surprised when they come in.

I got a PDF black and white proof as well...it was $20 and came in less then a week from when we sent in the info. I used Checkerboard.

I did not use encore but my invite proof was a PDF. Mine only took a few days but every company has a different turn over time.

I didn't use encore either but my proof was a pdf through email (which cost $4).
