Place card Frames vs. stem holders

So I was just looking at the place card holders and while I thought I was most definitly going to do a frame I am seeing a couple stands that are very cute!! What are you having/did you use? Is there a benefit to one more than the other..

Or shoud I nix the whole idea and just get paper tents.. My hope is people will take their place card with them and I do not want to get stuck trashing these cute things either...

I was on the fence till I found these frames at Michaels during a bogo 1/2 sale.

they really made impact, IMO. After I gave some to my mom, and kept the rest for wedding shots!
