Place card help!!

if we are invitin two couples with the same name..can i do it like this?

Mr. & Mrs. Jorge & Anna Rodriguez
Mr. & Mrs. Jorge & Linda Rodriguez

also..i am inviting two people with very similar last names and same first names..should i include their wives names too...for example

Mr. & Mrs, Jeffrey SIMEONE
Mr. & Mrs. Jeffrey SIMONE

I dont want them to pick up the wrong card by mistake!

oh man, i don't know! i think that looks ok. the closest we had were

Mrs. Roberta P------

and then there was

Mr. Robert P-------

so we just did it the same as the rest and it was ok. they know eachother (mr actually escorted mrs, his stepmother, down the aisle, so they knew to look carefully and make sure they picked the right name)

how are you doing your placecards? script? print? will the similar names be easy to read?

we wanted to make ours very easy to read so we made the last name in block, bold, and spaced out like t h i s and it seemed to go over OK

Ha ha ha! That's too funny! I would include their wives names just to be safe

I'm not traditional and try to be practical, most people recognize their first names quicker than their lasts

And most of my guests are couples and most are related, so many of the same last names.

I'm doing something like this

Can you sit the people with similar names at the same tables, so it doesn't matter which card they pick up?
