Place card holders and favors...Has anyone tried ebay?

My budget is a little tighter now that I am not working but I still want a great wedding so I am looking for cheaper alternatives. I was searching for place card holder and found these on ebay. Has anyone bought these before and how is the quality?

Also are place card holders the same as favors or should I be looking for something else as favors? This one can be used as a picture frame after. Just checking and being cheap

Ok here's your pic

I definitely think they're simple enough so that everyone can use them afterwards.
