Instead of traditional place cards I was looking to make the guests table #'s on a votive candle but I'm not sure how to make it look this nice...any suggestions?

If I remember correctly someone had posted directions and they said to make a template for the votives by rolling the glass holder and tracing the edge, the rest is ribbon and probably glue dots
