How are you writing your guests names and table numbers on your placecards... are you doing calligraphy? writing it yourself?
I'm clueless on what to do?

I brought preferred computer seating cards and typed my seating cards on the computer.

I'm typing them out on the computer - on Word. Then adhering them to cardstock - a little overboard - they can be done a lot easier but to answer your question - typing them on the computer with a pretty font.

I went with Artistic Addressing...tiny white envelopes have the guests name and the inner card directs them to their table. They should arrive any day now.

My hall is ordering the place cards and I just need to write in the names and tables... What other ways do you suggest?

We purchased seat cards with pearlized trim from Staples and DH picked a font and typed all the names and centeredt hem on the cards. It came out great!
