Place card question (Edited with a second question!)

How do you write out the place cards? Should they say:

Mr & Mrs John Smith

or

John and Mary Smith

What about and unmarried couple. Do I give them seperate place cards or put both names on the same one?

And do childern get their own? What about 8 year old and 10 year old brothers?

Re: Place card question

I am probably going to put first names. I have quite a few with the same names and at least that differentciates them.

Re: Place card question (Edited with a second question!)

I will be putting an unmarried couple on the same place card, I have never seen them on separate places cards. As for the kids, if it isn't a problem, I'd give them their own, it'll make them feel special too.

Re: Place card question (Edited with a second question!)

If you have enough ... I would give the children their own. It makes them feel special

I had one done for me 7 year old and 8 year old cousins (girls) and my flower girls, and my 8 year boy cousin.

IMO it's nice to do
