I have 2 questions

1. How do you distiguish between people who have the same name (and sitting at different tables) and they arent Sr. or Jr.?? haha there may be no answer for this hahahha

2. when you have someone with a guest it doesnt fit on the line..how do you write it when you go to the next line..

where should the and be? on the same line after the first persons name or on the second line before the second persons name?

1. For those that have the same name but different tables, if they had spouses i put both their names; i had to
i.e. Frederick and Nancy Melendez
Frederick and Theresa Melendez

2. I put the 'and Guest' together on the second line so that the word 'Guest' wasnt by itself

ETA: if you KNOW the name of the guest, i did not put the word AND at all
I had it like this:

Mr. Joseph Conte
Ms. Jessica Rothman
Table #5

Re: Place Card questions

for the second issue, this was something I worried about a lot because I have a specific layout to my placecards, since they are going on our favors and are cut into squares.

I decided I wanted the last name to line up, and I put the second name where the default layout has open space. That way they all still line up.

This is what I have (dont mind the blur from converting to jpg):
