I saw something in a magazine once, and I can't remember where, a combo place card & menu. The place card looked like any other would only its a little larger and when you open it up, the menu is inside. Have you ever seen this before? Have any pics? Think this is a good idea?
i remember a friend of mine talking about this same thing... i think it was in a martha stewart, but im not 100% sure
