place cards

place cards

My hall provides place cards-- they are ok looking
but now that I hired a calligrapher I was thinking of buying nicer cards to have her write in a fancy style.

Where did everyone get their place cards? Does anyone know where I can buy pretty ones?

Re: place cards

My friend have ordered place cards from www.weddingempire.com
I have my wedding in 2008 and I'm definitely ordering from there when I get all my guests counted
I've got my wedding table numbers from them already and I'm soooo exited. They are just awesome.
Place cards are so cool too. I'll get the matching set. Check out their website - weddingempire.com. I've got the flower design. Enjoy!

Re: place cards

I love your placecards, are you printing them or doing calligraphy?

Re: place cards

I got mine on ebay. These are them only I had a caligrapher hand write the table names and guest names. I really wanted to something different and be consistent with our theme.
