Do most Rh's give them to you?

As far as I know, every RH will give you placecards - plain, of course.

Mine gave me place cards, but they were UG-LAY!! Ick. I would never have used them. You're better off buying them unless they give you totally plain ones. Placecards are quite cheap, you can get them at Target, Michaels, Joanne's, and then there's more expensive options. I'm really happy with how my placecards came out, and they probably cost me less than $20, total (although I had a small wedding.) I got the cards from PaperSource, and the little flowers on sale at Kate's Paperie. My dad did the calligraphy for free. Still, you're responsible for the names wherever you get them. Here's mine:

My place does NOT provide placecards so I would not assume that they do.

Mine did....

but since i can be OCD at times, i bought placecards at Staples that matched the paper work i used for my programs at church. OCD me.. had to have them the same and also used the same font! they come in really cheap sets.. you just run them through your printer after you type them up on word...

Or you can use halls, but you will have to handwrite them or type on a clear label and then stick on.
