Personally, I will probably do first names and last, no mr and mrs.

Im doing john and jane doe. They dont need to be as formal as the invite. And if its a couple thats not married first and last of each person. John Doe and Jane smith

That is exactly what I am doing. I also think that if you are having a very formal affair then putting the Mr. & Mrs. may go with your theme. Since my wedding is very casual I am only putting first and last names.

me too I think.....
dumb question ....who has to write these out? My RH provides the place cards so i assume they do it and I just provide the info?????

I don't thik so...I think you have to write them out. Ask your RH.
