place cards

I need to write the names on the place cards. the place cards were given to me from Westbury Manor. However, my question is how do I go about doing that? I don't know how to do it myself so I need help! where can I go?

I bought place cards from AC MOORE and I'm using their template to type them on my computer.

Before writing them you should have your tables situated in terms of who is sitting where. Once you have that in order then you can start on writing the cards. You can write the cards by family or by couples. For example, if you are inviting a married couple with no kids, it would be 'Mr and Mrs John Doe Table 2 ' if say they had 2 kids, then 'Mr & Mrs John Doe + 2- Table 2'
If you invite someone with an unknown guest then 'Mr John Doe + guest Table 2'. If coming by themselves, then just 'Mr John Doe'
If the families with kids are grown like above 21 years of age, I would generally have a separate card for them but that's not the rule. I hope this helps!
