Where do I get these? Do the florist or reception site provide them or do I have to buy them?

Re: place cards and table number cards for reception
you should ask your RH. Usually they will provide you with the RH placecards and they probably have some standard number cards for the tables.
It's up to you if you want to make/buy your own to go with your 'theme' or not. otherwise, it cuts cost to use what they have.

Your reception hall should provide generic table numbers if you don't. As far as place cards, I think you have to provide them. I've never heard of vendors providing place cards.

your rh should have both place cards and table numbers. I still need to look at my rh's table numbers. Those i might make myself, but i'm definitley using their place cards
