place for 60th birthday??

Brides:

I'm on to planning the next family event! My parents are turning 60 at the beginning of next year and I want to help plan a party for them. Any ideas for places to have them -- either a place to rent where I could bring catered food or a reasonably priced place where the price pp wouldn't be too high??

My parents were fabulous and helped me a ton for my wedding so I want to do something nice for them, but I am limited financially with what I can do.

I have a few suggestions, but it depends where you want to have it...Nassau or Suffolk? The places I'm thinking of are in Suffolk. You can FM me if you want some info.

Sorry --- Suffolk is preferable. My parents are in the Port Jeff area. I think anyone w/in 45 minutes of there would be okay though.
