Place in NYC for a 1st Birthday Party
My friend is looking for a place where she could do her son's 1st birthday party. They prefer to keep it on the Upper East Side. They would prefer to bring their own food (like pizza, etc).Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!
ETA: Forgot to mention that this will be in January!

If there are lots of children-- Dylan's Candy Bar... it's across the street from Bloomindales.
