I'll start.




I'm going to grab a glass of wine.

I need to learn how to let things roll off me better.

Maybe I'll take my negative energy and turn it into something positive. I think I'll go hug my dog.

I need to learn how to say no to people, especially my family when they have outrageous requests. Sometimes it seems as if I am the only responsible one in my family.

I am the same way. I'm an extremely tough broad in most aspects but if someone is mean to me or says something nasty, I cry and I hate it. I've actually considered going to counseling to see if that would help but I dwell on things for days, sometimes weeks. Definitely something I'd like to change about myself but it's not that easy. Sorry bon

I need to start calling people more often and try to keep in touch better. I live so far away from all my family and friends so I need to make more of an effort to keep in touch. I think people are starting to take it personal.

I think its in our nature, as women, to get hung up on things....I mean, we are all on a website that gets down to eveeeeeeeeery little detail about ONE day! One 24 hour day!!!

I guess most of us on here have that problem!

No there are some people that can just say screw it and not be bothered with what others have to say, I wish i was one of them! I am amazed by these people, they should teach a course or something. Did something happen on the website?

lol me too! i have such a bad temper..especially if im in a bad mood..but its good sometimes..i use it to fuel my workouts! i mean look how much weight it helped me lose!!

i mean, my estimated # would be an exact fit for the room, but im about 30 over what the room holds right now and i already cut some people that were not definites to begin with

Why don't you call your hall and ask them what happens in cases like these? It might be an easy fix to accomodate instead having a coronary over it

Yea especially with finals I am extremely irritable and Fh is always like go to the gym and I'm like YOU THINK I'M FAT! But I'm so irrational these days I'm surprised he comes home LOL
