Placecard Boards - HELP!

I was thinking instead of simply placing my table cards on a big table for my guests of displaying them on a big board. I know I saw this Idea in a magazine. I am sure it was in Martha Stewart. If anyone knows the issue or knows where to get one. I would be forever greatful. Thanks

Placecard Boards - HELP!

I am not sure if I understand how you want the displayed. I am sure I have seen boards that have little accordion type flaps folded onto them so you can stick pictures, postcards, concert tickets, etc and display them. If this is what you mean, I would try a craft store or a place that does picture framing.

Something I've seen

My friend did this at her wedding. She only had 66 people and we all sat at one very long table. She had all the name in calligraphy around the shape of the table and it was framed very nicely and then placed on an easel.

Instead of having place cards I am having all of the guests names written on a large poster board alphabetically, done in calligraphy.

I went to a wedding in March and they had that also. I found them to be confusing. To many people gathered aroung looking up and down. I think it would be too confusing and people would hold up instead of getting there card and moving into the reception area.

speaking of martha stewart -

she just had a segment on these picture frame cards, that you make and I was thinking you could even put the persons name and table # on it...i think it was tuesdays show
