Does anyone know where I can get placecards that are the basic tent-style but only the guest's name is written on the front and the table # is listed 'underneath'? Don't know if this is making sense.......
ETA: Also, I have seen a lot of pics on here where the names on the placecards look professionally done. Has anyone done this or know how much it costs?
TIA

Michael's sells the plain tent seating cards in white or ivory for $5.00 for 50. I got those and decorated them myself. I am gonna print the names and seat # on clear injet labels on my computer and stick them on.
^^ Those DIY placecards look great!! You can try www.paper-source.com for blank placecards.

You can have this done for about 1.25 - 1.40 each it varies depending on what you like. A caligrapher can hand or computer write it on a place card. I am using this wonderful woman named Merrill. She did all my invitation envelopes using computer caligrpahy. She will be doing my place cards too. fm me if you want her phone number.

I also saw a place online that will print the names and tables on the cards rather inexpensively....
