My venue 'Includes placecards', so I assumed they would write the info on the cards. They don't. They just handed me a stack of cards.
Are you writing out your placecards yourself or having them done? Thanks.

Mine too- and they are not super nice looking
I think I might bite the bullet and have 'her' do them to match my invites since my printer is broken

I was originally going to either have my brother in law handwrite them, since he has amazing handwriting (on the ones provided by the venue)
or get printable ones from Staples
I also had this whole DIY idea with butterflies, but it's just too much for me right now.
*she* made a minor mistake on my invites so she offered to give me the placecards for free, so I am going for that!

I made my own placecards and sent them to get hand calligraphy done from the same person who wrote out my invitation envelopes.

I did the the calligraphy on my invites (they came out great) so will prob do the same for the place cards. I want them to look nice but to me, its not a huge part of my wedding day so didn't want to pay someone else to do them.
