place/escort cards

hey girls...

so i found a vendor to do my placecards...she personalizes them at an extra charge with the guest names...problem is...she said that she is taking orders for September already!!

how can this be?? Dont you have to know who is responding 'yes' to your wedding before getting a placecard for them?? im confused.

she told me i would have to order now for may.

that seems weird, place cards are one of the last things you do since you don't get the rsvps until less then a month before. Maybe she means you have to order the cards now and then when you know who is coming she personalizes.
