Just wanted to warn everyone, I once got tracked down by a vendor on this board, so be careful.... they do look. ( So much we put online is seen by the whole world!)

Re: Places People Places
Hey AliasPook! Me fiancee and I really like John Anthony's. We are also considering the FOx Hollow and the North Ritz (our wedding will be December 2004). Did you look into either of those? If not, which others did you consider, and what made you choose John Anthony's over all of them?

Re: Places People Places
I've been to weddings at Floral Terrace and Woodbury Country Club, and they were both absolutely beautiful, but they were just to big. I felt the same about Jericho Terrace. I was just about to book The Swan Club (the next day) when I met with Phyliss at John Anthony's and she was just so nice!!! When I followed up the following week, she had just left for her vacation and Mary Ellen took over and went over everything with us again. There were some changes that I wanted on teh menu, but was afraid to ask at first. When I did, she was like no problem. They were really flexible, and the place is beautiful. It was the flexibility that really sold me on them. When I asked similar things of the Swan Club, they were like, 'Uh, no...'

Re: Places People Places
We booked at the swan club. John Anthonys was # 2 on our list. The only reason why we didnt book at J.A. was because FH didnt lik whn u looked outside you could see the parking lot and people fishing off the edge. But place is beautiful.
