My girlfriend took a train to Florida for their cruise HM...too afraid to fly.

I've heard The Poconos are amazing--my parents went there 30 years ago for their honeymoon and they still talk about it! LOL I mean it's not a beach resort but if that is not what you are looking for you'll be fine! Rhode Island is also amazing-Newport has all the mansions and is on the coast-

Hamptons, Montauk, South Carolina (Myrtle Beach), Virginia Beach, Mystic Connecticut, Poconos, Niagara Falls, Cape Cod, Cape May, Delaware is nice too, can't think of the name of the beach though.... Ocean City... there's lots of America to see out there!

I'm thinking of holding off on flying myself and take a road trip too for my HM!

South of the Border (right in between N & S Carolina is fun too!) and Florida's a nice road trip too!
