Places to take photos postwedding near Hicksville

I am looking for suggestions for places to take photos postwedding near Hicksville. Free would be great...but otherwise is okay as well.

the EAB on hempstead tpke has a flower garden inside where you can take pictures and has a water fall ive see weddings in there for pictures, good place to keep in mind if it rains (hopefully doesnt)

There is a place in Garden City near the GC hotel that has a gazebo and pretty flowers. I see BPs there all the time taking pictures.

i'm taking pix at old westbury gardens (not too far away) the fee is $275 for 1 1/2 hours. but the pics will be sooo worth it!

Check with EAB first. They have a hefty fee to take pics in their atrium and you need to book it in advance!!

If you're wiling to drive about 10 minutes north, you could tke pictures at C.W. Post. The campus is an arboretum, so there are lots of beautiful spots for pics.

Planting Fields in Oyster Bay (about 15 mins. north of Hicksville) is very reasonable ($125 permit fee) and you'll get some beautiful pics, especially in July!!! Our wedding was Nov 1 '03, so there weren't any roses in the garden, but can you imagine how this pic would look full of flowers??? WOW!!

This is a beautiful picture...even without flowers. We wre going to OWG. It just seems worth it becasue it's beautiful there and pictures are forever.

I don't know but how about Bethpage Park gollf course it's pretty there but I don't know if it's free.

Try SUNY Farmingdale College! They have beautiful gardens there! There is a fee though I think 200 or $250 we took our pics there and they came out beautiful!
