Re: PLANET FITNESS?

I love it! I just went for the first time today. It's bigger than my old gym...with so much more equipment. I have a session with a trainer on Thursday, which I'm looking forward to!

Nicole...I go to the Carle Place one and there aren't classes. I don't know about their other locations though.

I go to the one in Centereach and I love it. They technically have classes but they are limited to like 4 people and they just show you more how to use the equipment. I defitnetly don't feel self conscious when I am there.

John and i went to look at that gym. the one in farmingdale doesnt have classes, just the ones to teach you the machines but they do have a circuit thing set up.

Re: PLANET FITNESS?

No classes at PF in bay shore. I have been going for about a year and it is great for the price!

Also some insurance companies will give you money back if you visit the gym X amount of times in X amount of months...something worth looking into
