Planning a wedding has made me find out who I am...

Sheeesh! I am the most indesisive person I now know! I booked with pedestals florist, I really really like flower Michele but when I read on here that a lot of brides who booked him were not happy because of late arrivals on flowers I went with pedestal. I already put down a deposit and now I am second guessing it! Whaaaaah, what do I do girls?

I am a second-guesser myself. What I did to help - READ LESS CHAT!!! I had to take a break from it all for a while and just be confident in my decisions. Tonight is my first night back in 2 weeks! YIKES! ( But, I do feel much better!)

That's good advice. For most vendors, for every one bad experience, there are 100's of good ones, but you don't see that. There are 100's of weddings a week and we see one or two reviews. Most vendors who have been in business a while wouldn't be if they were consistently bad, because the competition is pretty stiff on LI. If you feel comfortable that they will do what you want for the price you want, then stop worrying. You get to comment on CP's, see samples, etc., and honestly a flower or two out of place is not going to ruin your wedding!! I don't even remember the flowers from weddings! I found out from brides and vendors that the less 'vision' you give them, the more likely you are to be dissatisfied, because they didn't have a clear picture of what was expected/wanted. Decide what you want, tell your vendor of choice, and work with them closely . . . it will be more productive and less stressful than changing vendors and second guessing yourself. Barring a no-show or complete f-up, I think it's really up to you how well your vendors meet your expectations.

I totally agree about reading LESS CHAT. I don't think you're indecisive at all, but after joining liweddings and the reviews i felt like i was choosing the wrong vendors. I've come to learn that choosing vendors is competing in a popularity contest.
Just keep in mind why you fell in love with the vendor to begin with. I'm soooo glad that I decided to stick with the vendors i did, mainly crest hollow country club and proline studios. I heard so many negatives about chcc and the fact that it's a wedding warehouse, but I can't begin to tell you how amazing my wedding was and the staff couldn't have been better service!! Proline, they fullfillled my wishes and beyond!!!!
Don't listen to the reviews...Flower Michele I heard is AWESOME, my friend used them for her wedding and was beyond pleased!
Just voice your opinions to them by stating this is what you heard on liweddings.com and have them ensure it wouldn't be a problem with you.
good luck and don't change vendors if you really love them.

The same thing happened to me -- sooo annoying. And i've had buyer's remorse for every single purchase, including my dress, veil, invites, and more.

Do not let this site take over your planning.
Of course there are moments that anyone~not just on LIW second guesses themselves when it comes to decisions they have made about a very big day in your life and a large amount of money being spent. Follow your guy~if your instinct is telling you something is wrong chances are it probably is. If its just oh man I wish I had.........then try not to let it stress you out.

As long as you are SURE when you sign that contract and dont feel rushed you should be ok, just do your research and stick with your gut
